- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Airline Operations or aviation industry
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs preferred.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and integrity of operational manuals and procedures.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for preparing training materials, manuals, and policy documentation.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions under time-sensitive operational conditions.
Salary Range: $73,000-$98,500
