Production Control Manager

Starting 1 January, 2018 Vinnell Arabia will have two Production Control Manager positions available.
Oversees and manages all maintenance activities; directs and coordinates the program activities of aviation maintenance (ASB/Limited Depot); coordinates aviation logistics and supply chain management for all platforms, ALSE, AGSE and back shops. Provide aircraft maintenance Production Control management support to Vinnell Arabia in support of MNG Aviation Command.Participate in the coordination of the scheduling of aircraft to meet the contractual operational readiness rates, and customer mission requirements. Plan, schedule, and streamline all scheduled maintenance actions to afford Vinnell Arabia and MNG Aviation Command maximum flexibility with aircraft availability and readiness. Streamline work processes to reduce maintenance cycle time while improving aircraft maintenance operations and readiness. Ensure established work standards and procedures are developed and adhered to. Establish and monitor an aircraft time-change components schedule to ensure replacement components are ordered in a timely manner to meet MNG Aviation Command flying hour and maintenance requirements. Manage the controlled exchange program and ensure all necessary
documentations are completed when executing control exchanges. Train selected MNG Aviation Command personnel to develop and maintain an effective Production Control management system and conduct effective Production Control operations.Ensure that all related maintenance operations are conducted in a safe manner.
Education level: Associate’s Degree requiredBachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Ten years cumulative experience in aviation maintenance. 5 Years’ experience as an aircraft mechanic or maintenance technician. 2 years’ experience as a Production Control Officer or Supervisor. 5 years Supervisory experience in aviation maintenance for required.Ten years’ experience as aviation Production Control Officer or Supervisor desired.
Specific knowledge, skill, and ability requirements: Be able to use aviation enterprise logistics systems e.g. ULLS-Ae, computer hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft forms and other aircraft related documentation. Be able to use Microsoft Office Suite to prepare various reports, charts and other related documents.
Ability to communicate both orally and written. Ability to effectively deal with people in the supervision of staff and team members. Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner. Possess a valid State driver’s license.
