We have partnered with a global leader in MRO services, seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial senior sales manager to join their team. Our client specializes in component maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) and parts manufacturing (PMA), serving the corporate, military, and regional aircraft with a focus on landing gear, hydraulics, hydrostatic testing, and electrical components.
The position is customer-facing, responsible for outreach, prospecting, and qualifying leads. The Regional Sales and Business Development Manager will generate leads, find new business opportunities, and tap into new markets specifically for corporate aviation.
Duties shall include, but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and execute short and long-term sales plans and programs to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets and objectives.
- Develop and target client opportunities through outbound sales calls, e-mails, and visits (both face-to-face and virtual).
- Research and substantiate new market and product opportunities
- Represent the company at all sales, marketing, and networking functions internally and externally.
- Develop and expand the existing CRM system to help track prospects, existing, and historic customers.
- Domestic and International travel will be required.
