Position Purpose:
The purpose of the Republic Leadership Development Program (RLDP) is to cultivate highly skilled, well-rounded professionals who are equipped to meet business needs and priorities.

Program Overview and Benefits: Republic Airways is proud to offer a leadership development program that prepares early career associates for senior and people leadership level positions over a two-to-three-year timeline composed of three rotations in a defined track. Resources will be provided to train and mentor associates, hone critical leadership skills and assist in the successful conversion from the RLDP program into a designated role of interest and business need. The rotational program provides the following cornerstones as pillars of development:

- Finance
- Information Technology
- Supply Chain
- Data Analytics
- Aviation Management
- Engineering and Technical Operations
EDUCATION and/or KEY SKILLS
- Successful completion of Republic Internship Program, graduate from a 4-year Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) or enrolled in a post-graduate program
- Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, prioritizing Excel experience
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business group
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and develop strategic solutions
- Ability to problem-solve through data-analysis and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficient communication and presentation skills
- Competence in teamwork and collaboration
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
