Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager to join the Business Support team. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with leadership skills to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires someone who can translate complex data into actionable insights while managing key stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Drive analytics initiatives to identify business opportunities and operational efficiencies
- Manage complex projects and deliver results within established timelines
- Present analytical findings to senior management and stakeholders
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in data analysis
- Develop and implement data governance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical solutions
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage mandatory documentation and maintain comprehensive records
- Handle administrative responsibilities including team coordination and resource management
- Drive process automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Identify and implement process refinements to streamline workflows
- Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize team performance and deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in business analytics or related field
- Strong project management skills with track record of delivering results
- Excellence in statistical analysis and data interpretation
