Lockheed Martin Space offers growing opportunities to work programs focused on the protection of our nation and allies from a multitude of threats. Our exciting programs are dynamic in nature and oftentimes focus on significant geo-political trends.

Our LM Space Valley Forge Advanced Programs team has an immediate opening for a Program Security Representative (PSR) supporting SAP programs.

In this role you will be responsible for performing multiple facets of security operations such as visitor control, document control, classification management, personnel security, investigation of security incidents, developing and delivering security briefings, self-inspections and other tasks as requested by the Security Manager.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with external suppliers and personnel. You shall perform tasks requiring discretion and general knowledge and ability while representing the security organization with general supervision by your manager.

Additional responsibilities include:
- Performs in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) classified programs
- Responsible for the protection of classified information and assets; including establishing procedures for handling, storing, record keeping, and granting personnel and visitors access to the facility and including classified or sensitive information
- Conducts Security, Education Training and Awareness (SETA), supports the investigation of security incidents and prepares reports specifying preventive action
- Validate clearances and customer visits and provides support for classified meetings
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Occasional travel may be required
- Must be available to respond after-hours and be on call
Basic Qualifications:
- Final Top Secret clearance with an investigation with the last 5 years is required prior to start

Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of DoDM 5205.07 and 32 CFR Part 117 National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) Rule
- Working knowledge of Operational Security (OPSEC), Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Counterintelligence
- Experience with various security databases such as SIMS, DISS, NISS, JADE, etc.
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders/customers
- Strong interpersonal and team building skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
