Assemble parts for electromechanical equipment
Self inspection of your completed work
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, process plans, and drawings
Inspect parts and materials for flaws and imperfections prior to use
Use calipers and micrometers to measure parts and determine tolerances
Manually solder or epoxy electrical components
Work with engineers to build newly designed parts and assemblies
Analyzes and initiates assembly methods according to process requirements
Makes frequent interdepartmental contacts to resolve problems
Demonstrates intermediate computer skills
Learn and use multiple Manufacturing Execution Systems (Paperless, Solumina, Promis)
Employs Microsoft Excel and Word to enter, manipulate and format text and numerical data; insert, delete and manipulate cells, rows and columns; and create and save worksheets.
Maintain appropriate training as required by the company, and adherence to company policies
Production accuracy and quality driven
Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans. Inspects results to ensure conformance
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.

Job Requirements:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

The ability to obtain a DoD Security clearance is required
10+ years experience with HS Diploma
3+ years with AA
Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
Strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a successful working team
Familiarity with technology and labs

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Experienced in electronic assembly 10+ years
IPC-610/620 Certifications
Knowledge of MIL-STD-883 Methods 2010 and 2017
Solder Reflow experience
Familiarity with commercial test equipment
Secret Clearance

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85549 - $136879

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
