Job Title: Warehouse Associate - FL & Quality
Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team for a 12 to 16-month project with potential for long-term employment, focusing on the comprehensive inventory of aircraft parts. Your primary role will involve receiving, inventorying, storing, and retrieving parts with precision, sometimes under tight deadlines to support Aircraft on Ground (AOG) scenarios. You will use an SAP-based ERP system to ensure parts are accounted for, inventoried, and repacked for various purposes, including AOG use, resale, or further utilization.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and manage inventories of aircraft parts, ensuring accurate data entry in computer tracking programs and verifying order accuracy.
- Drive a forklift about 10 of the time if experienced, to move materials around the warehouse.
- Unpack boxes, read and enter complex part numbers using a computer or hand scanner, and handle the loading and unloading of boxes using a forklift.
- Package parts following detailed instructions for aircraft parts, inspect packaging and shipments for compliance with requirements before dispatching to customers.
- Perform receiving inspections, including counting, verifying, and entering data into the ERP system.
- Conduct quality control by inspecting aircraft parts and comparing them to documentation to ensure quality and quantity.
- Assign condition codes, inventory, and log parts in the SAP-based program for storage, scrapping, or resale.
Essential Skills- 1+ years of warehouse experience
- 1+ years of detailed data entry on computers
- ITAR-acceptable identification
- 1+ years of recent Reachlift or Sitdown FL experience
- Experience with detailed computer-based warehouse work, including part numbers, RF scanners, and ERP systems
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Forklift experience
- SAP experience
- Familiarity with aircraft parts
- Basic and visual quality inspection skills
- Experience with international shipping

Work Environment
This role is based in a warehouse setting with much standing involved. The environment features a very nice and updated office area. Forklifts operated include Toyota sitdown propane lifts, with training provided. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
