Job Purpose
To assist aircraft maintenance personnel in the service, repair, and overhaul of aircraft and aircraft components, parts, and accessories.

Working Conditions
•    Physical Demands: Standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, etc.
•    Work Location: Aircraft maintenance hangar, flightline
•    Equipment: Ground servicing tools, hand tools, tugs, etc.
•    Hazards: Noise, temperature shifts, fuel tank entry, etc.
•    PPE: Safety glasses, ear protection, gloves, etc.

Job Duties
•    Assist A&P mechanics with maintenance tasks
•    Perform basic servicing like cleaning, greasing, brake checks
•    Obtain mechanic sign-off upon task completion
•    Maintain shop cleanliness
•    Follow all safety protocols and SMS procedures
•    Participate in safety training and reporting

Qualifications
•    High School Diploma or equivalent required
•    Aircraft or automotive maintenance experience preferred (6–12 months)
•    Ability to follow technical data and safety procedures
•    Maintenance Technician Class 1 certificate/license preferred
