Job Description:
As a Silver Air Private Jet Advisor, you have extensive experience in customer service related to aircraft charter sales. You have a proven sales track record and understand how to create loyal customers. The type of person that will excel in this position has exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, is eager to help, can think clearly under pressure, has high-level organizational skills, and has the drive to provide anticipatory service to our clients. The Private Jet Advisor will work closely with the charter sales advisor, flight support, finance, and marketing to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the retail sales organization.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and refine an effective charter marketing strategy
  • Partner with the Director of Retail Charter to formulate, coordinate, and promote charter services.
  • Monitor industry trends that may affect business strategies.
  • Promote and sell charter block-time products.
  • Work with the Director of Retail Charter and President of Business Development to make the initial introduction to the client for any Part 91 or Part 135 management prospects, including compensation after completion.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • 2-5 years of hands-on sales and sales operations experience, with proven expertise in developing and closing new retail sales opportunities to grow a successful book of business.
  • Passionate with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through optimizing sales operations.
  • Strong understanding of business relationships; excellent personal and intuitive skills to develop and maintain these relationships.
  • Data-driven experience in business analytics to drive actionable results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-developed negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Acute level of customer service.
