SoundExTM soundproofing / insulation was developed and first introduced in 1999 by its previous owner, Avis Industries of Albany, Missouri.
In the spring of 2004, Mr. Gene Shackelford, a buyer/installer of SoundExTM for many years, acquired the product line and moved all operations to Southaven, Mississippi.
New template kits are being added frequently and this web site was developed to accommodate customer requests.
