Job Description:
Gama’s Maintenance Administrator Position will require the individual to take an active role in the organization, administration and management assistance of the Maintenance Department. This is an integral position in the organizational structure of the Base Maintenance Department. Candidate will be required to provide efficient office management, act as a liaison between their Maintenance Department and corporate, process billing and assist with parts procurement. The candidate will assist with streamlining processes for given Base Maintenance Department.  Having a keen understanding of working with Crew members, Directors of Maintenance and high-net worth clientele in the corporate aviation fast-paced ever-changing environment will be key to foster growth within their Base Maintenance Department.  
 
Primary duties include and are not limited to:
  • Act as the point of contact for Base Maintenance Department
  • Open, review, and bill maintenance work orders
  • Review maintenance quotes
  • Assist Quality Control with work orders, monitor tooling / calibration
  • Facilitate Materials Department with procurement and logistics
  • Process expense reports associated with work orders
  • Assist maintenance technicians with office needs and company related request(s)
  • Provide administrative support to Corporate with Accounting and HR related request(s)
  • Support Base Maintenance Manager and Supervisor with development and administrative duties
Job Requirements:
  • Six years background in private aviation operations with a focus on maintenance
  • Must be a team player with flexibility for different roles as needed
  • Respond quickly, professionally and accurately to all internal and external correspondence
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to think outside the box
 
** Knowledge of Corridor is not required but preferred**
