Lewis University is seeking adjunct faculty to teach in-person aviation maintenance courses within the Aviation and Transportation Department at our Romeoville campus. There is some flexibility in the scheduling of class hours, and delivery methods.
Responsibilities:
- Teach one or more classes in Aviation Maintenance in both lecture and lab environments.
- Model the University Mission through dedicated job performance, respectful collaboration, and active support of our Catholic and Lasallian heritage.
- Serve with professionalism, and a focus on student outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Qualified applicants must possess several years of relevant industry or academic experience, and an FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certification (or equivalent qualifications).
Preferred: Associate Degree or higher
