Bridger Aerospace is seeking a highly motivated individuals, who can work well under pressure to meet quick deadlines with little outside guidance and supervision. In this role, you will be responsible for maintenance, repair and overhaul for our fleet of CL-215T aircraft. This position is based at Bridger Aerospace HQ in Belgrade, MT with the ability to travel 50-75% of the time.
Reports to: Senior Aircraft Crew Chief
Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to, the appropriate candidate will have a proven track record of preforming all or most of the below tasks):
- Perform engine runs and aircraft taxi test
- Inspect completed work to certify that maintenance meets standards and that aircraft are ready for operation
- Lead crew of up to 5 technicians to maintain aircraft in a ready status
- Develop daily schedule, plan and delegate daily maintenance tasks
- Approve Aircraft Technician timecards and help edit as needed
- Maintain and repair aircraft in accordance with Repair Station Manual, OEM Approved Data, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations
- Maintain aircraft work orders and perform return to service logbook entries
- Attend company training
- Work with DOM and Senior Aircraft Crew Chief to develop and provide training for Aircraft Technicians in the off-season
- Comply with and instill company safety policies and procedures amongst Aircraft Technicians
- Provide on the Job training to Aircraft Technicians
