Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, your primary responsibility will be the troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of General and Corporate Aviation
Duties and Responsibilities
·Perform maintenance /repairs on all aircraft systems in a safe and expeditious manner and within FAA, and or manufacturer’s specifications.
·Comply with Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives and FAA regulations as required.
·Become familiar and proficient with all shop test and maintenance gear.
·Make critical decisions regarding aircraft safety in a timely manner.
·Must be able to perform all maintenance functions unsupervised, at any time.
·Maintain a clean and neat work area. Help with other housekeeping duties as assigned.
·Must be familiar with and be able to read and understand maintenance manuals, wiring schematics and have at minimum, basic knowledge and experience with general computer applications. (i.e., Microsoft, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
·Perform other activities and projects as approved by the Director of Maintenance.
Additional Job Requirements and Qualifications.
·Education and/orExperience: High school diploma or GED equivalent
-Must have current FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
-Must have a minimum of 2 years general aviation maintenance experience
·Must be able to pass background check, drug test, employment verification, and I9/E-Verify
