Minuteman Aviation has been serving Montana aviation for decades and is one of the longest-running helicopter operations in the state. Based in Missoula Montana, Minuteman has built a strong reputation for professionalism, reliability, and quality maintenance support in demanding utility and firefighting environments.

We are seeking full time and seasonal experienced Bell 407, 210 or UH-1H A&P Mechanics to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work both in the shop and in the field supporting utility and fire contract operations.

We are looking for full time and seasonal mechanics who are dependable, self-motivated, safety-focused, and capable of operating in fast-paced environments with professionalism and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certificate for at least 2 years
• Minimum 1 year Bell 407, 210, or UH-1H maintenance experience OR Bell factory training
• Minimum 3 months field experience working on Bell 407, 210 or UH-1H aircraft with limited supervision
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced operational environments
• Ability to travel for utility and fire contract support assignments
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain or maintain a valid U.S. Passport preferred
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• Ability to work full time or seasonal

Preferred Qualifications

• Utility and/or aerial firefighting helicopter experience
• CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements preferred but not required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience supporting aircraft in remote field environments
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
