Helicopter Mechanic - AS350 and Bell 206B

Sinton Helicopters is searching for an A&P mechanic to join our team.  We are a family owned business with over 40 years of experience in fire fighting, forestry, aerial application, construction, geophysical airborne surveys, charter, power line/utility, heli skiing and more. We take great pride in hiring the most talented and professional mechanics. We are currently looking to fill a full-time position where the candidate is willing to possibly relocate to Paso Robles, CA. 

Our A&P Mechanics perform a variety of general helicopter maintenance including, but not limited to:

• Detailed aircraft inspections
• Minor and major repairs and alterations
• Preventative maintenance and servicing
• Drive small to medium size fuel trucks. 

• CDL drivers license with hazmat and tanker (preferably Class A)
• We are willing help interested candidate acquire a CDL.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant license
• Knowledge of FARs – 91, 133, 135, and 145 a plus. 
• Knowledge, experience, and training in any of the following platforms is preferred: Airbus AS350 B3 and Bell 206B III
• Ability and/or willingness to work days, nights, weekends, scheduled days off, and on-call during busy periods. Some travel required.
• Pre-employment drug-screening required, as well as ongoing randomized testing.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic team setting while maintaining good working relationships with staff, peers, and management.
