Maintenance Coordinator (A&P not required)

Full-time Maintenance Coordinator needed for very busy General Aviation shop supporting nationwide aircraft operations in Conroe, TX (KCXO). Aircraft types supported include Cessna, Piper and Vulcanair. The position reports to the Director Of Maintenance. Duties include:

• Coordination of routine inspections and non-routine/AOG maintenance actions with internal personnel and external vendors across the US.
• Update of electronic databases for aircraft status tracking
• Write aircraft maintenance log entries
• Research maintenance requirements, such as Service Bulletins, Service Instructions, and Airworthiness Directives for applicability
• Other duties as assigned
  • Parts procurement and delivery 
  • Ordering parts  
  • Scheduling Maintenance 
  • Inventory management 

Qualifications:

• Continuous multitasking ability and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Extraordinary organization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google documents
• Self-motivation
• A&P certificate is a plus (But Not Required)
• Prior experience with general aviation piston aircraft is a plus
• Strong work ethic and integrity is a must.
• Work hours are 7:30-4:00 Monday through Friday with some occasional overtime required
