The Maintenance Instructor is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering assigned training courses under the direction of the Department Manager. This role requires effective instructional strategies, strong communication, classroom management, leadership skills, and the use of instructional technology and the Learning Management System (LMS) to support employee learning and overall training success.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, prepare, and deliver classroom, hands-on practical, and computer-based training (CBT) programs to support company objectives, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver training using effective instructional techniques, LMS platforms, instructional technology, and hands-on methods to support employee development and compliance.
- Develop, review, revise, and maintain training materials including lesson plans, presentations, course outlines, handouts, training aids, practical exercises, and CBT content.
- Support recurrent, qualification, authorization, and procedural training programs in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Assist personnel in understanding and applying technical data, company procedures, human factors principles, safety requirements, and customer maintenance programs.
- Maintain working knowledge of applicable company manuals and procedures, including the Repair Station Manual (RSM/QCM), Training Program Manual (TPM), and Safety Management System (SMS).
- Coordinate with operational leadership, Quality Assurance, Training Management, and other departments to identify training needs and support workforce development.
- Evaluate trainee participation, comprehension, and practical application through written, verbal, and hands-on assessments.
- Support the accuracy and maintenance of training records in accordance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and LMS standards.
- Assist in developing and implementing standardized training programs across company locations to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Utilize LMS platforms, presentation software, and CBT development tools (e.g., iSpring) to design and deliver training.
- Support internal and external audits related to training, qualification, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain professional knowledge and instructional effectiveness through continuous learning and engagement with industry best practices.
- Travel between company locations and off-site locations as required to support operational and customer training needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support training operations and organizational objectives.
