Tasks
As a Real Estate Manager in the area of Technical Facility Management (m/f/diverse) you will be responsible for the operation and optimization of the Lufthansa Groups operating areas in the respective regional area of responsibility.
- Targeted and efficient/effective management of technical and infrastructural building management and the service providers used for the assigned building portfolio
- Coordination, management and documentation of projects in connection with the above tasks
- Monitoring and documenting the structural and technical condition of the portfolio
- Ensuring the fulfillment of operator obligations, defect tracking, quality and reimbursement management and risk management
- Creating and tracking budgets for technical and infrastructural building measures and reporting

Requirements

- Successfully completed studies in engineering, architecture, technical building management or technical property management or a comparable qualification in a relevant field, e.g. certified technician or master craftsmans degree in HVAC, energy and building technology, construction technology, etc.
- Several years of relevant professional experience (possibly entry-level)
- Knowledge of the relevant laws, regulations, standards and guidelines in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
