The selected individual will be working in the Boeing India Engineering and Technology Center (BIETC) in Bangalore, India. This is an engaging technical position which is a part of our operations and infrastructure support team.
The candidate will perform as a team member of the IT Monitoring Service Solutions Delivery Team. Responsibilities will include use of a number of monitoring tools including those developed by Micro Focus, AppDynamics, Derdack,etc. Implement monitoring solutions for IT customers. Regular activities to include designing of monitoring solutions, implementing monitoring solutions, customer training/advising, and reporting. Tasks may also include those relating to
tools maintenance such as routine server maintenance, application maintenance and limited troubleshooting.
Proficient in infrastructure management services in 24/7 production environment.
Aware of ITIL & SAFE
Monitors the implementation of enterprise infrastructure and provides guidance and clarification to team members and resources.
Reports and troubleshoots service concerns based on assessment of monitoring tools. Warns of potential performance or growth reaching thresholds.
Provides effective communication to the business and technical teams on behalf of our corporate infrastructure services.
Provides support to development of internal competency and resources for critical skill sets for the Digital Aviation solutions team in Boeing India.
Provides periodic updates to Boeing management in the form of progress reports, project summaries, and other related documents. This position will also be responsible for coordinating and communicating regularly with experts in Boeing organizations around the world.

5 to 9years IT industry experience
Work related experience with IT systems
Confident ability to communicate, both written and verbal, with team members and various IT customers.
This position may require participation in a 24X7 & on call rotation support required.
Experience and/or knowledge of Micro Focus Application Performance Management (APM) Suite including VuGen
Scripting, Site Scope and BPM, Service Now
Experience and/or knowledge of AppDynamics APM
Workflow Queue management to ensure SLA Adherence
RCA/problem resolution and vendor coordination
5+ years troubleshooting access and performance issues between systems and services
The ability to support standard documentation, recommend improvements and make process changes to increase speed and quality of service
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
Any relevant Industry Certifications is a plus
