·Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and established aviation practices and techniques.
·Pilot licensing as an airline transport, multi-engine pilot; biennial flight review, and pilot-in-command check. (Federal Aviation Regulation 61.58)
·Experience and current rating on designated aircraft.
·Recent flight experience with both day and night takeoffs and landings (3 in past 90 days), as well as instrument accuracy and competency check.
·Experience including a minimum of 10,000 total flight hours; 8,000 jet flight hours; one aircraft type rating.
·Has flown Part 91 or Part 135.
·Must be Type Rated on the BBJ – 737 and/or the Global Express.
·Strong verbal and written communications skills.
·Superior “customer service” skills.
·Thorough and attentive to details.
·Ability to function effectively as a team leader and part of a team, and to interact professionally with airport personnel and employees at all levels of the Organization.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree and (5) five to ten (10) years aviation experience in an airline or corporate environment. Computer skills including: internet, e-mail, (MS Outlook) MS Excel, and MS Word.
CERTIFICATES and LICENSES:
Commercial Pilot’s License required.
Ability to read, write and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, memos, reports and charts.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to airport personnel and employees at all levels of the organization.
Ability to apply knowledge and experience to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to react quickly and solve problems involving several concrete and/or abstract variables in a variety of situations.
