Job Description:

Sky Aviation is seeking a skilled and experienced Longline Pilot to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely flying helicopters with long lines attached to transport materials, equipment, and personnel to remote locations for various types of projects.We are working to fill multiple slots in support of seismic operations. We offer a Rotational schedule, paid travel, expenses, & benefits. Salary begins at ($$$) and is negotiable with flight pay.

Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-flight checks to ensure the helicopter is airworthy and safe for flight
Operate the helicopter with a longline attached to transport materials, equipment, and personnel
Plan and execute flights to remote locations with limited access and challenging terrain
Communicate effectively with ground crew and project managers to ensure successful completion of the mission
Maintain accurate records of flight times, maintenance, and safety checks
Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulations

Job Requirements:
  • 1000 hours PIC minimum
  • 300 hours longline experience minimum.
  • Bell 206L experience preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to work in the US or have visa.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and follow direction
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong safety record and commitment to safety protocols
