Within the Financial Department, more specifically the auxiliary accounting department, you will manage all aspects of a suppliers portfolio on accounting standpoint (invoice analysis, purchase order, receive approval from appropriate & prepare invoices for payment) and also to allocate the incoming payments of accounts receivable.

You will also comply with Finance, Accounts Payable and Account receivable Company’s policy and regulations. The current team is composed of 4 person.

- Ensuring the conformity of supplier invoices (addresses, VAT, purchase order number, etc.)
- Ensuring the proper integration of the supplier invoices and credits
- Ensuring the follow-up of the approvals of supplier invoices
- Analysing litigations and carrying out the follow-up of resolution with internal & external collaborators

- Ensuring accounting process of Account Payable

- Ensuring accounting process of Account Receivable and allocation related to

- Posting Cash daily of Account Receivable

- Creation and modification of part of financial customer/supplier master data

- Participating in the operations of quarterly and annual closing

PROFIL

  • Experiences accountant
  • Finance / Accounting degree or experience in administrative accounting tasks
  • Ability to handle high-volume of data entry 
  • Work with appropriate parties to resolve issues on invoices 
  • Implement and document process improvements 
  • Familiar with standard accounting concepts, practices, and procedures 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Organizational and time management skills 
  • Professionalism 
  • Service-oriented approach 
  • Ability to prioritize issues and to efficiently troubleshoot problems 
  • Effective Communication skills, both oral and written 
  • Ability to work with all organizational levels 
  • Language: Fluent in France - English - Intermediate level
