Accountant, Inventory

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze & report on worldwide distribution network inventory.
• Prepare monthly inventory KPIs and reports.
• Participate and support initiatives related to excess and inactive inventory in collaboration with business.
• Execute activities regarding month end processes, analysis and budget exercise.
• Review, control, and analyze valuation of the exchangeable parts inventory.
• Review, analyze and recommend areas for improvement.
• Provide support to Supply Chain, Material Logistics and Distribution organization.
• Provide accurate, timely and reliable information to support business requirements.
• Provide support on external and internal audit.
• Provide support on various ad hoc requests from management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Accounting designation (CPA) or in the process of obtaining it.
• 2-5 years of experience in supporting inventory management & reporting.
• Good team spirit and a positive attitude.
• Building and maintaining a positive relationship with your colleagues, business partners and clients.
• Strong analytical skills and are results oriented.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision, be resourceful, and flexible.
• Organized and able to respect tight deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment.
• Possess skills to use MS Office, Excel, Access, ERP (IFS/SAP/others).
