Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze & report on worldwide distribution network inventory.
- Prepare monthly inventory KPIs and reports.
- Participate and support initiatives related to excess and inactive inventory in collaboration with business.
- Execute activities regarding month end processes, analysis and budget exercise.
- Review, control, and analyze valuation of the exchangeable parts inventory.
- Review, analyze and recommend areas for improvement.
- Provide support to Supply Chain, Material Logistics and Distribution organization.
- Provide accurate, timely and reliable information to support business requirements.
- Provide support on external and internal audit.
- Provide support on various ad hoc requests from management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Accounting designation (CPA) or in the process of obtaining it.
- 2-5 years of experience in supporting inventory management & reporting.
- Good team spirit and a positive attitude.
- Building and maintaining a positive relationship with your colleagues, business partners and clients.
- Strong analytical skills and are results oriented.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, be resourceful, and flexible.
- Organized and able to respect tight deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment.
- Possess skills to use MS Office, Excel, Access, ERP (IFS/SAP/others).
