About the Role

In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to the Accounting and Finance teams—supporting critical financial operations, improving processes, and ensuring the smooth flow of information that drives smart business decisions.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
Perform a variety of clerical, administrative, and transactional tasks supporting Accounting and Finance
Communicate with internal departments to resolve issues and complete assigned tasks
Validate financial documents and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
Serve as the initial point of contact for specific accounting and finance-related inquiries
Assist with month-end close activities, audits, and special financial requests
Provide administrative support including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence
Offer input on process improvements—manual or automated—to enhance quality, accuracy, and cost efficiency
Manage schedules in a fast-paced environment with firm deadlines while maintaining a professional work ethic
Perform other duties as assigned
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or GED
4 years of accounting or related financial experience
Proficiency with personal computers and software including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing tools
Ability to pass a credit history check conducted through a national credit bureau
Education Substitution Options

Experience supporting accounting or finance teams in a structured or regulated environment
Strong attention to detail and comfort handling confidential information
A proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes

Pay Details: $24.44 per hour
