The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate Accountant (Operations Accountant) located in Dallas, TX.
Position Responsibilities:
- Supports collections and customer service across a portfolio of accounts and will be diligent working across departments and Boeing entities along with direct contact via phone, email and meetings with customers to reconcile and collect on open balances including researching of payments and invoices
- Makes decisions in the best interest of Boeing based on risk analysis and past history to determine credit limits and releasing of orders
- Works off hours at times to support Aircraft On Ground AOG instances to support sales and customers
- Researches, prepares and reconciles data in support of the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Supports analysis, documentation, and mitigation of compliance risk/errors
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience
- Experience in customer service role
- Experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience analyzing, interpreting, preparing, and reconciling financial information
- 1+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- 1+ years of experience working with Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable research
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both virtually and in person

Summary pay range: $66,300 - $89,700
