If so, we encourage you to apply for the position of Business Performance Controller based at our Barcelona Office.
As a Business Performance Controller, you will:
- Act as a business partner towards a designated business area/areas under the guidance of a Business Performance Manager or the VP Performance Management
- Assist in the production of financial information for business cases, projects, initiatives and investments for designated areas of responsibility
- Analysis of performance against strategic, operational, and financial targets through the company’s KPIs
- Contribute to Route Profitability optimization and prepare input to Route Profitability reporting for designated areas of responsibility
- Prepare monthly forecast and long-term forecast
- Facilitate an overall budget follow-up process for designated areas of responsibility and support the business areas and departments with understanding and analysing budget deviations
- Contribute to the budget process with analysis and preparation of reports and support departments in developing budgets
Key Responsibility:
- Follow up KPIs
- Follow up cost
- Coordinate input to Route profitability reporting on allocated cost lines
Your Background and Expertise:
- Bachelor in Economics, Finance and Accounting or similar.
- Ideally 1 years’ experience preferably from similar role.
- A team player that also can work individually and be self-going.
- Analytical and structured
- Proactive, efficient, and high work capacity.
- Excellent skills in Excel, PPT and Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
