As accountant you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial processes, supporting statutory and corporate reporting, and contributing to effective financial control and continuous improvement across the organization.

• Support the company’s month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring compliance with local, corporate and statutory requirements
• Support the year‑end financial audit and coordinate with local auditors
• Process invoices and correspondence within the company and with partners
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tax declarations
• Analyze, interpret and report financial data, cost developments and performance indicators to relevant departments
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance and accounting areas
• Actively participate in the ongoing development of the company
• Interface to Lufthansa Technik Germany regarding financial reporting matters

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented professional with strong financial and analytical capabilities, who can support accurate accounting processes, ensure compliance, and contribute to an efficient and growing organization

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or similar
• Certified Accountant (OCC) desirable but not required
• IFRS knowledge and professional experience desirable
• Very good written and spoken English and Portuguese skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Very good MS Office and SAP/ERP skills
• High flexibility to manage multiple tasks and work in a start‑up environment
• Strong decision‑making ability and sense of responsibility
• Excellent organizational, communication and time‑management skills
• Intercultural competence and willingness for occasional travel and initial training in Germany
