Document Controller

Senior Manager, Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance

The position is responsible for maintaining all MAB Kargo manuals and procedures under centralized control. This is also a key requirement for MK to obtain the IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) certification. The preparation of the MK manual will align with the IATA Airport Handling Manual, IATA Cargo Handling Manual, as well as CAAM Civil Aviation Directive (CAD6010) and CAAM Civil Aviation Guidance Material (CAGM6010).

1. To centralised manual & procedure for better controlled, amended and review.
2. Easy tracking of document changes and updated due to findings, changes of requirements.
3. Meeting with an audit requirement.
4. Liaise with MK BU on review of manual

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Aviation, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge on document controller on updating manual, procedure & work instruction according to IATA Airports Handling Manual, IATA Cargo Handling Manual.
• Knowledgeable on IATA Airport Handling Manual (AHM), IATA Cargo Handling Manual (ICHM) as well as CAAM Civil Aviation Directive CAD6010 and CAAM Civil Aviation Guidance Material CAGM6010
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in cargo documentation, quality assurance, or compliance within the aviation or logistics industry

• Knowledgeable in Document Controller in established, update & review manual according to IATA Airport Handling Manual (AHM), IATA Cargo Handling Manual (ICHM),CAAM Civil Aviation Directive CAD6010 and CAAM Civil Aviation Guidance Material CAGM6010, ISO Standard and Company Policies.
• Aviation Experience in IATA / Quality Assurance Audit & as an auditee is an advantage.
