Job Description

Our Operations team are responsible for providing around the clock coverage and operational support to all of our employees across the globe to ensure each charter goes off without a hitch.&xa0;

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Provide H24 coverage and operational support to all London ACS brokers and all international offices.
• Being the safety net for all London Office divisions (CommJ, Cargo, PJets) – should an ACS flight have a Tech Issue ACS OPS is on hand 24/7 to assist in AOG recovery by liaising with Tech Airline and providing recovery solutions using ACMI.
• Provide operational information and assisting in in setup of charters for all brokers in all global divisions.
• Being there every step of the way with live charter flights – providing a full service to our brokers and advising if there are any potential issues
• Flight Watching, tracking all aspects&xa0;of the flight, keeping the brokers informed. Sending Movement messages to brokers (and clients when requested)
• Building relationships with airlines worldwide
• Continuous duty for OCC to update ACS CRM and compliance systems – Updating Airline/Airport/Handling information to allow ACS to have the most updated data.
