Job Summary: We’re seeking a senior-level Accountant to lead financial operations across Sprintbach, MIF, and Qmulus Aviation. This role goes beyond traditional accounting, you’ll partner with the CEO and executive team to drive strategic planning, financial clarity, and regulatory compliance across our charter, flight training, and MRO divisions. Experience in capital-intensive or regulated industries, especially aviation, is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all accounting functions including monthly closes, financial statements, and GAAP compliance
- Develop and manage multi-year projections and financial forecastsaligned with business goals
- Own the budgeting process across multiple business units (Charter, Flight Training, MRO)
- Monitor and report on financial performance, KPIs, and variances
- Prepare FAA-related financial documentation and support regulatory audits
- Manage cash flow planning and capital expenditure strategies
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax professionals, and legal advisors
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing models, cost controls, and resource allocation
- Support investor relationsand board-level financial reporting
- Identify financial risks and propose strategies for mitigation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong background in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
- Experience in aviation, transportation, or similarly regulated industries is a strong plus
- Hands-on knowledge of FAA regulations, particularly relating to Parts 135, 141, and 145, is highly desirable
- Proven ability to lead both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills
