Harbour Air is seeking Full Time Permanent Network and Scheduling Analyst to join the team. As the individual
responsible for building and maintenance of our aircraft scheduling, your primary focus will be building and maintaining
of aircraft schedules that maximize utilization of aircraft and pilot assets. With strong teamwork and communication
skills, the successful applicant should excel at developing operationally deliverable, detailed, and accurate aircraft
schedules that have been developed with feedback from all key internal and external stakeholders.

WORK HOURS: Office hours (evenings & weekends as needed)
LOCATION: 4760 Inglis Drive, Richmond (YVR); hybrid work schedule
TERM: Full Time Permanent
DEPARTMENT: Network and Revenue Management

Responsibilities and Expectations
• Support the development of medium to long-term network capacity plan in alignment with organization strategy.
• Support the evaluation of new route and/or destinations with commercial and operational stakeholders.
• Develop the detailed aircraft schedule in alignment with network and capacity plan, taking into consideration
commercial and operational feedback.
• Maintain detailed schedule and adjust as necessary based on demand trend and commercial and/or operational
stakeholder feedback.
• Complete publication of planned schedule within the internal booking system and applicable third-party systems.
• Communicate new schedule and changes to existing schedules with applicable internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications/Assets.
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, economics, or math. Relevant work experience considered in lieu.
• Knowledge of airline operations and scheduling software is preferable.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical skills in the areas of SQL and advanced Excel modeling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to senior leadership.
• The ability and desire to work in a close-knit, team-based environment.
• Superior communication skills written and verbal, across multiple channels.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a fast paced and demanding environment.
• Demonstrated computer knowledge and experience working in a Windows based platform.
