Description:Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Design Process Integration (DPI) Engineer in Fort Worth, Texas or Palmdale, California.

What You Will Be Doing

Responsibilities for this position may include: user management and database administration for TeamCenter and 3DX for Advanced Development Programs, testing and defect reporting on new installations of the TeamCenter or 3DX Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, development and documentation of procedures using the PLM systems, and support of aircraft development users in proper execution of work on the PLM systems. Some work during system upgrades will occasionally be required to be executed on weekends, off shifts and holidays to support the fast tempo of aircraft development, typically about 5 times per year. Flex time is available for this work. Training is available for this position by experienced personnel in the specific systems and processes required.

This position is in Palmdale, CA  Discover Palmdale. or Fort Worth, TX  Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in an engineering technical discipline such as Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, or a minimum of 3 years with a related Master’s degree.
- Experience in one or more aircraft/air vehicle engineering release systems or drawing/document systems used by Lockheed:
AMMM, IFG, ADP, or F-35 business areas such
as Dassault 3DX (Enovia) (preferred),
Siemens TeamCenter (preferred), Lockheed
systems PDM, AeroSource, ADMS, or CAD
DataNet. Experience with similar systems or
related drawing, model, Bill of Material and
note information management systems at
other employers could be acceptable.

- Experience in a CAD system, such as Catia V5

-Experience with the engineering design process
Desired Skills:
- Experience with PLM database administration support (preferably Teamcenter or 3DEXPERIENCE) with a basic understanding of software configuration management and user account management
- Familiar with Agile methodology and tools to support development of processes and tools in the PLM systems, including test execution and design, and defect reporting
- User support for development, testing, and production PLM environments
- Experience with writing user training documentation and providing demonstrations
- Experience with software reporting tools such as eQube would be valuable in this position
-Ability to work occasional weekends, off shifts, and holidays
-Knowledge of work and flow of engineering design

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $82,200 - $157,500 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $94,500 - $178,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
