Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée DATA ANALYSTE - APPRENTIS (H/F) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein de Airbus SAS  sur son site de BLAGNAC.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 9 personnes au sein du département Global Mobility Sustainable Services en charge de fournir le meilleur support et des service pérennes auprès du Business, des employés, des HRBP et de notre équipe Mobilité internationale à travers 3 engagements : 

• Une politique d’excellence alignée sur les besoins et les attentes de la Compagnie et des employés, ainsi que son application supportée par une documentation solide, le support approprié et la communication associée.

• La performance de nos fournisseurs, alignée avec nos politiques et dans le respect du budget défini

• La digitalisation et l&39;adaptation de nos process Global Mobility et des outils support, en alignement avec la stratégie d’Airbus.

Cet apprentissage consistera à :

l&39;optimisation de nos données, mais également de notre base documentaire. Vous travaillerez étroitement avec nos équipes localisées en France, en Espagne, en Allemagne et en Grande Bretagne.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 2 ans.

Tâches et responsabilités: 

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

•  Vous analyserez le recueil et l’analyse de la donnée de la mobilité internationale et émettrez des recommandations afin d’en faciliter l’exploitation et d’optimiser la qualité

• Vous recenserez les processus d’information ainsi que la gestion des documents et émettrez des recommandations afin de permettre d’organiser les flux et d’en faciliter l’accès.

• Vous supporterez la création des processus de maintenance de la donnée et de l’information en tenant compte de la réglementation (GDPR)

• Après analyse et réflexion, vous accompagnerez les utilisateurs en apportant des solutions pratiques et en mettant en place des actions concrètes. 

Compétences & Prérequis : 

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;5 dans le domaine statistiques ou gestion de données pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ans. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

• Connaissance des concepts majeurs des sciences de la donnée et de l’information

• Intérêt pour la gestion de projets

• Maîtrise des applications de gestion numérique, et les outils collaboratifs

• Maitrise de MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Access) et des applications google suite

• Connaissance, Python, R, VBA, SQL, HTML5 , PHP

• Rigoureux (se), organisé (e), agile dans un environnement international

• Capacité à travailler sur des sujets innovants avec des équipes multi sites et en distanciel

• Autonome et moteur de son développement.

Compétences linguistiques : 

Anglais : avancé

Français : avancé

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer. 

Notre processus de sélection :

L’ensemble des candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur. 

Si votre candidature est validée par le recruteur vous serez invité à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé. Il sera visionné puis partagé au manager du poste si votre candidature est présélectionnée en Short List. Le manager/ tuteur organisera des entretiens/ échanges avec les candidats short listés retenus avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour cette alternance.

You will join the Global Mobility Sustainable Services department (9 persons)  in charge to provide the best support and sustainable services to all : Business, Employees, HRBP, GM team through 3 engagements :

• Excellence policy aligned with needs and expectations of the company and employees & its application through strong library documentation, support  and communication 

• Ensure excellence vendor performance aligned with policy and budget

• Ensure necessary digitalization and adaptation of GM process and tools in alignment with Airbus Strategy

This apprenticeship will consist in:

data optimization and documentation management. You will work closely with our team located in France, Spain, Germany and in the UK. 

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 2 years. 

Tasks and responsibilities: 

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 

You will contribute to the following main activities: 

• You will collect and analyze international mobility data and make recommendations to facilitate its use and optimize quality.

• You will identify information processes as well as document management and make recommendations to help organize flows and facilitate access.

• You will support the  creation data and information maintenance processes taking into account regulations (GDPR)

• After analysis and reflection, you will support users by providing practical solutions and implementing concrete actions.

Skills & Prerequisites: 

You will integrate a BAC &43;5  level training in the field of Statistics and data management or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2 years. 

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

• Knowledge of major concepts in data and information sciences

• Interest in project management

• Understanding and use of digital management applications and collaborative tools

• Strong knowledge in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Access) and Google Suite applications

• Knowledge in Python, R, VBA, SQL, HTML5, PHP

• Rigorous, organized, agile in an international environment

• Ability to work on innovative subjects with multi-site teams and remotely

• Autonomous and driving his development.

Our selection process 

All applications are reviewed by a recruiter. 

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted. 

The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
