Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) Digitalisation - Data Analyst F /H vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein de Reward sur son site de Airbus Blagnac. 

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 7 personnes au sein du département Reward en charge de compensation Airbus Group (mondiale).

Cet apprentissage consistera à : Analyses de données sur les salaires et le coût du travail Cet apprentissage débute en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 1 ou 2 ans. 

Tâches et responsabilités: 

 Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes : 

• Vous analyserez le recueil et l’analyse de la donnée de la mobilité internationale et émettrez des recommandations afin d’en facilité l’exploitation et d’optimiser la qualité
• Vous recenserez les processus d’information ainsi que la gestion des documents et émettrez des recommandations afin de permettre d’organiser les flux et d’en facilité l’accès.   

•  Vous créerez les processus de maintenance de la donnée et de l’information en tenant compte de la réglementation  

• Après analyse et réflexion, vous accompagnerez les utilisateurs en apportant des solutions pratiques et en mettant en place des actions concrètes. 

Compétences & Prérequis : 

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;5 dans le compensation pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ans. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

• Connaissance des concepts majeurs des sciences de la donnée et de l’information 
• Intérêt pour la gestion de projets 
•  Rigoureux (se), organisé (e), agile dans un environnement international 
• Maitrise des applications google suite 
• Maitrise des applications de gestion numérique, et les outils collaboratifs     

Compétences linguistiques : 

Anglais : avancé

Français :avancé 

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer. 

Notre processus de sélection 

L’ensemble des candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur. 

Si votre candidature est validée par le recruteur vous serez invité à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé. Il sera visionné puis partagé au manager du poste si votre candidature est présélectionnée en Short List. Le manager/ tuteur organisera des entretiens/ échanges avec les candidats short listés retenus avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour cette alternance.

Tasks and responsibilities: 

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 

You will contribute to the following main activities: 

• You will analyze the collection and analysis of compensation data and make recommendations in order to facilitate its exploitation and optimize the quality. 
• You will identify information processes as well as document management and make recommendations to help organize flows and facilitate access. 
• You will create data and information maintenance processes taking into account regulations - After analysis and reflection, you will support users by providing practical solutions and implementing concrete actions. 

Skills & Prerequisites: 

You will integrate a BAC&43;5 level training in the field of Compensation or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2 years. 

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

• Knowledge of major concepts in data and information sciences 
• Interest in project management
• Rigorous, organized, agile in an international environment 
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications 
• Mastery of digital management applications and collaborative tools

Language skills: 

English : advanced 

 French : advanced 

Our selection process 

All applications are reviewed by a recruiter. 

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted. 

The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
