Arconic is currently in search of AP Customer Service Subject Matter Expert with fixed-term and part time contract (maternity cover) to join our Resource Unit Team based in Székesfehérvár, Hungary.

Major Activities/Key Challenges:
- Act as SME for European AP Customer service, GRNI and reconciliation activities.
- Perform review/control of processes completed by an external outsourcing company.
- Assisting with an external outsourcing company and internal customer/location and external supplier inquiries regarding the processes as they occur.
- Escalation of excessive process inquiries or quality issues to Arconic management.
- Handle adhoc requests and support upcoming projects.
- Perform independently complex tasks, beyond the core AP tasks, subledger and GL reconciliation, support month end closing, critical AP report creation such as Trial Balance and GRNI analyzation.
- Execute the monthly VAT allocation/reconciliation.
Qualifications:
- Degree of finance, accounting and/or trade and economics obtained at a college/university and 4-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable Customer Service
- English language knowledge

- ERP system knowledge strongly preferred.
