Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a SAP Process and Business Specialist to join our department based in Mobile, Al.

As an SAP Process and Business Specialist you will Identify and drive the operations or employee skills that could be improved to encourage smoother procedures, more efficient workflow and overall business growth. The Process and Business Specialist is an integral part of a deployment MFT and is responsible for assisting the Production/Quality MFT in testing/validating the new SAP system for Production deployment. Developing user case studies and identifying gaps to the “TO-BE” process. Provides feedback to the Production/Quality Product Owner (PO) to facilitate analysis and possible solution suggestions to the Solution Team.

Nearby on ‘Airbus Way’ you will find the Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility for commercial aircraft. Opened at the Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley in 2015, the facility produces A320 Family aircraft and added a second product line for the A220 in 2019. Your Challenges
  • Collaborate with Production/Quality MFT (Multi-functional Team) to deliver on project achievements

  • Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable tasks for the deployment MFT

  • Validate implemented features against business requirements to ensure alignment and quality

  • Act as a liaison between the deployment MFT and business team members, facilitating effective communication and managing expectations.

  • Test product demos and progress updates to customers, providing awareness of the team’s work and eliciting valuable input

  • Proactively address stakeholder concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong relationships with key business partners

  • Collaborate with the PO and deployment MFT to define the key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring business value

  • Monitor and track the progress of features or solutions in terms of their on business outcomes and KPIs

  • Conduct data analysis and feedback loops to find opportunities for improvement and optimization

  • Participate in ARP ceremonies like PI Planning, Pre- and Post PI, as well as in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives

  • Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality product increments that meet customer expectations

  • Collaborate with other agile MFTs and POs to ensure alignment and coordination across the organization

Your Boarding Pass
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Engineering Technology or equivalent years of experience is required.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Aerospace and/or equivalent environment is required

  • 2 or more years of project management experience is preferred

  • SAP Business applications experienced is required - 2 or more years is preferred

  • Understanding of SAFe / Agile methodologies and preferably with confirmed experience is a &43;&43;

  • Strong business & digital competence regarding (SAP technologies) is required

  • Excellent Communication (written, spoken) and Networking skills are important.

  • Customer oriented attitude, adaptive and tenacious/tough capabilities are required

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions are required.

  • Good ability to work in a team (internal/external) in a demanding, multi-functional and multinational environment is required.

  • Project Management Skills and autonomous way of working are required.

Technical Systems Proficiency:
  • SAP Competencies - experience/knowledge is required

  • Manufacturing Execution Systems knowledge and application is a plus

  • Google Suite and Microsoft Office application(s) desired
