ATR - EVO Certification Specialist / EVO Spécialiste Certification

MISSION

Un poste comme Spécialiste Certification est vacant au sein du Département Certification d&39;ATR à Toulouse.

Votre mission principale sera de supporter la préparation de la stratégie de certification des modifications ATRbet du nouveau projet ATR EVO avec l’autorité primaire (EASA) et étrangères afin d&39;assurer la conformité des produits ATR aux réglementations aéronautiques applicables.

Ce poste sera pour vous l&39;occasion de :

• Développer ou améliorer vos connaissances multi-ATA (architecture globale des aéronefs ATR et des leurs systèmes, systèmes de propulsion, caractéristiques opérationnelles et documentation associée)

• Renforcer vos capacités de médiation et de négociation supportant une équipe qui est en contact avec l&39;EASA et avec d&39;autres autorités étrangères (FAA, TCCA, ANAC, etc.)

• Renforcer vos compétences techniques et qualités personnelles

ACTIVITÉS

En tant qu&39;Ingénieur Certification, vous :

• Travaillerez avec un rôle transversal au sein des différents centre de compétence du bureau d&39;études d&39;ATR impliquées dans la certification d&39;une nouvelle modification et/ou d&39;un projet ;

• Travaillerez en coordination avec les spécialistes techniques ATR de la préparation jusqu&39;à la certification du dossier final (selon le processus du Type Investigation de la Part 21 EASA)

• Dans ce périmètre vous allez supporter :

  • L’établissement de la classification des modifications selon l’EASA Part 21 para.21.A.91;

  • L’établissement de la base de certification, les Moyens de Conformité et l’identification de tout risque ou répercussion sur le projet en coopération avec les spécialistes ou services concernés

  • La négociation et l’agréement avec les autorités des moyens de conformité applicables à la base de certification établie et au niveau d&39;implication de l&39;autorité associée, conformément aux principes du LOI de la partie 21

  • L’organisation de tout contact et rencontre nécessaire avec les Autorités et/ou le spécialiste ATR Engineering concerné par un dossier de certification

  • Le suivi et contrôle de l&39;évolution des activités de certification, jusqu&39;à l&39;approbation du dossier de Certification, en accord avec le planning convenu avec l&39;EASA, ou avec les Autorités de validation étrangères (FAA, TCCA, ANAC, etc.)

  • La préparation du document d’approbation ATR qui sera signé par l’Head of Airworthiness ou ses délégués.

• De plus, vous pourrez, si besoin :

• Préparer les Note de définition des avions ATR en livraison, en assurant la cohérence entre la définition A/C, la liste des Modifications du Certificat de Type et les Modifications standards et optionnelles

• Supporter l’analyse de toute nouvelle règlementation européenne et étrangère et de leurs impacts sur les modèles ATR

• Supporter l’Identification des différences entre les guidances (AMC, AC, etc.) des Autorités Aéronautiques

• Développer des présentations à support des groupes de travail entre les constructeurs et/ou les autorités aéronautiques

PROFIL

• Diplôme de Master (ou équivalent) en Ingénierie

• Connaissance approfondie de la spécification de certification pour les gros avions (EASA CS 25 et réglementations étrangères, FAA, TCCA, ANAC, etc.).

• Connaissance de base de la partie 21 (Certification de Type, Certification des modifications, Réparations) et des règles DOA (subpart J)

• Expérience confirmée dans la certification des systèmes de propulsion et leurs interfaces, sur la base de la CS 25 et/ou CFR 14 Part 25

• Expérience en aviation, avec des notions générales sur les systèmes, les structures, la cabine et la physique du vol

• Connaissance de systèmes de propulsion hybrid serait un plus

• Capacité à organiser, suivre et presenter des activités

• Très bon esprit d&39;équipe

• Bonnes compétences en communication orale et écrite et leadership

• Une connaissance du programme ATR serait un plus

• Niveau avancé de négociation en anglais et français

• Italien serait un plus

MISSION

A vacancy has arisen for a Certification Specialist within ATR Certification Department in Toulouse.

Your main mission will be to support the preparation of the certification strategy for the ATR design modifications and new project ATR EVO with the Primary Certification Authority (EASA) and Foreign Authorities in order to ensure the compliance of the ATR products to the applicable regulations.

This position will be an opportunity for you to:

ACTIVITIES

As Certification Specialist, you will:

• Work in a transversal role among the different ATR design departments involved in the certification of a modification and/or new project

• Work in coordination with the ATR technical specialists from the preparation to the final certification (according to EASA Part 21)

• Within this perimeter you will support:

  • The classification of the modifications according to EASA Part 21 para.21.A.91

  • The establishment of the certification basis, associated means of compliance and identification of any risk conjointly with the technical specialists

  • The negotiation and agreement with the authorities of the means of compliance applicable to the established certification basis and their associated level of involvement, according to the EASA Part21

  • The organization of any necessary contact and meeting with the authorities and ATR technical specialists

  • The management of the certification activities, until the approval of the modification, following the plan agreed with EASA, or with the foreign authorities (FAA, TCCA, ANAC, etc.)

  • The preparation of the modification approval document to be signed by the Head of the Office of Airworthiness or his delegates

• In addition, if required, you will:

  • Prepare the Definition Notes of the aircraft to be delivered, ensuring consistency between the aircraft definition, the list of Type Certificate modifications (standard and optional)

  • Support the regulatory watch activity evaluating the impact on ATR products of any new European and foreign regulation

  • Support the identification of the differences between the certification guidance (AMC, AC, etc.) of the authorities

  • Develop presentations to support working groups with manufacturers and/or the aeronautical authorities

PROFILE

• Master degree (or equivalent) in Engineering

• Appreciable knowledge of certification of large airplanes (EASA CS 25 and foreign regulations, FAA, TCCA, ANAC, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of Part 21 (Type Certification, Changes to the Type Certificate and Repairs) and DOA rules (Subpart J)

• Proven experience in certification of propulsion systems and its interfaces, as per EASA CS Part 25 and/or 14 CFR Part 25

• Experience in aviation, with general notions of systems, structures, cabin and flight physics

• Knowledge of hybrid propulsion systems is a plus

• Ability to manage, follow up and present the status of the activities

• Very good team spirit mindset

• Good oral and written communication skills and leadership

• The knowledge of the ATR products is a plus

• Negotiation level (advanced) in English and French

• Italian is a plus
