Accounts Payable Analyst - Airbus DS Spain (Temp Agency)

Job Description:

An opportunity for an Accounts Payable Analyst has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).

RESPONSIBILITIES 

The main tasks of the jobholder will be:
 

- Processing and monitoring of incoming invoice flows from suppliers via the different invoicing channels (Scanning, AirSupply, EDI, etc.)

- Ensure payment of invoices in due time that respect full conformance with internal and external requirements

- Investigate and resolve payment issues

- Internal customer and external supplier query/claim resolution on a timely basis, including supporting to litigation topics

- Identify risks on Ethics & Compliance

- Support the digitalization in the Accounts Payable scope

- Strong communication with suppliers and business partners

- Apply specific finance and transactional knowledge in key finance processes

SKILLS

We are looking for profiles who are enthusiastic about their work and passionate about the finance. The candidates should feature the following competences:

- Educated to a degree level (or equivalent) in Finance or a related discipline.

- Experience in Accounts Payable Analyst.

- English: Advance level.

- Proactivity and agility, with the ability to work in challenging environments.

- Autonomy and organization skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valuable IT skills.
