Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administration support to C Leadership team to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the agenda, meeting schedule arrangement, travel arrangement, coordination etc,

• Support efficient information flow between C leadership team and the team, and internal/external offices with necessary information screening.

• Coordination on VIP guests (including both international and domestic ones) visits and important events.

• Support the organization of team building and events.

• Support daily operation in Airbus China system and tools.

• Support to draft documentation such notice, meeting minutes, presentation etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree 

• 2 years assistant experiences in MNC

• Good command of written & spoken English, sound knowledge of computer applications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer orientated, team spirited

• Discreet and able to handle sensitive information.

• Structure and Well-organized

• Team player
