Act as the “face of the organization”, interacting with all customers and third parties. Presents a highly professional demeanor and demonstrates competence at all times. Perform routine clerical and administrative functions. Perform mid-level administrative support as assigned, including handling sensitive information, conducting research and responding to information requests. An important additional duty for this position involves processing business travel requests for company employees.
Pay for this position: $20 - $25 / hour
Job Functions:
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
- Answer front door/desk and direct visitors to appropriate persons.
- Processes business travel plans (airfare) for company employees in accordance with company travel policies and procedures.
- Stock, organize, and clean kitchens and break areas as required.
- Operate office equipment, such as postage machines, copiers, and phone systems.
- Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
- Make appointments with commercial vendors as required, provide access and escort as needed.
- Coordinate office services, such as processing outgoing and incoming mail and deliveries, ordering office supplies, maintaining records and housekeeping.
- Manage paper and electronic filing systems holding records, correspondence, or other materials.
- Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, correspondence, reports, informational or reference materials and presentations, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Monitor compliance with administrative policies and procedures.
- Review operating practices and procedures to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures.

Experience: Prior Administrative Experience. Customer Service working with internal and external customers.
