AIP is looking for an Administrative Lieutenant to work in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.  The Administrative Lieutenant (Admin Lt.) provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure efficient office and departmental functioning. • Perform a wide range of administrative and staff support duties to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Prepare, format, and distribute reports, briefings, and presentation materials.
• Receive, review, and respond to correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
• Greet, receive, and direct visitors appropriately.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Address routine questions, requests, and administrative issues independently.
• Handle basic operational problems and escalate more complex matters to higher-level staff when necessary.
• Maintain organized records, files, and documentation systems.
• Support coordination between departments and assist with special projects as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of full-time experience in a public or private security, law enforcement, or US Military related field.
• Three years of supervisory experience in a public or private security, law enforcement, or US Military related field.
