Qualifications
To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to FV-F (FG/GS 5/7/9) in the Federal Service for the FV-G band. Specialized experience must demonstrate experience applying management principles, methods, and techniques to solve the problems of the organization. Experience with the general management of an organization. Experience developing and securing for the fiscal and business resources and services needed to manage and operate an organization.

Specialized experience must demonstrate experience applying management principles, practices, methods, and techniques to solve the problems of the organization; experience integrating management services with the general management of an organization; experience developing and securing the fiscal and business resources and services needed to manage and run an organization. Experience performing systematic general management reviews and audits to reach conclusions and make recommendations.
Education
Education substitution for FV-G: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading toward such a degree or LL.M., if related.
There is no education substitution at the FV-H level.
Substitution of education or equivalent combinations of education and experience may be qualifying for this position. To qualify based on education, you must upload or fax a copy of your college or university transcript or certificates at time of application. Failure to do so will result in loss of consideration. If selected, official transcripts will be required prior to employment.

This position may be filled at the FV-G or FV-H level.
