Key duties

    Update and maintain aircraft library to ensure accuracy and compliance; control distribution of company publications.Perform logistical tasks including tracking, control, and coordination of aircraft-related operations.Resolve and respond to internal/external customer inquiries in writing and verbally.Liaise with internal and external customers and support departmental staff as needed. - coordinate when aircraft is coming from maintenance, recover manualsOrganize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality, even under pressure and with minimal supervision.Administer and comply with Company Policies, Government Regulations, Collective Agreements, and procedures.Maintain a flexible and accommodating approach to support team and operational needs.Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to operational issues and changing priorities.Prepare to work in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety and efficiency.May perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications

    High School graduation;Minimum 2 years office experience;Experience in logisticsIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;Knowledge of aircraft terminology;Good interpersonal skills;Good communication skills, both written and verbal;Proficiency in spelling, punctuation and grammar;Aptitude for math;Aptitude for accuracy and detail;
