Contract Position
Pay Estimated: $49.92-$54.92/Hour

Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains.
Responsibilities:
Lead university and early-career recruiting efforts to build talent pipelines from top institutions.
Develop and manage full-cycle recruitment strategies that ensure compliance with EEO, ADA, and other federal regulations.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job postings, and align sourcing strategies.
Identify and manage effective recruitment channels (job boards, events, agencies, etc.).
Represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events (~20 travel required).
Conduct pre-screens and interviews, assess candidates using appropriate tools, and maintain clear documentation.
Drive offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
Analyze recruitment metrics and trends, providing regular reports to leadership.
Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for both immediate and future hiring needs.
Manage vendor relationships and provide feedback on agency performance.
Support recruiting for specialized and technical roles in support of DoD and government programs.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Prior experience in university or early-career recruiting preferred.
Working knowledge of OFCCP, EEO, and ADA compliance.
Minimum 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in government, defense, or engineering sectors.
Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and recruitment analytics.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel up to 20 for events and university engagements.
