Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

Create, manage, and maintain Aircraft specifications (optional equipment, interior and exterior configuration) through the production build cycle as defined by customer purchase agreements and our sales team. Lead the Aircraft technical inspection at delivery of the finished product to the customer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and update the configuration of executive aircraft as needed per customer specification in Purchase Agreement.
  • Support the specification meetings with customers on Aircraft Purchase Agreement configuration milestones for Optional Avionics and technical equipment.
  • Manage technical modification requests and Aircraft queries as requested by the customer and follow up product modifications and concessions in contract negotiations when applicable.
  • Interface with Production and Engineering Teams to ensure aircraft built is ready per specification and contractual timeline milestones to provide build update reports, aircraft documentation, and technical reports to the customer.
  • Manage the physical inspection and technical delivery of new aircraft to the customer, including interior and exterior inspection cycle.
  • Manage the transition to the Entry into Service process to ensure customer is introduced to Field Service Representative, aircraft avionics subscription information and associated vendors.
  • Coordinate technical activities of customers and their representatives with sales and manufacturing.
  • Create executive aircraft technical delivery documents as needed to support contracts and sales.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Education:

  • BS/BA required, business management or aviation or engineering-related degree preferred.

Experience:

  • 5 or more years of aviation turbine aircraft maintenance, sales, delivery, or equivalent related experience
  • 3 or more years of aircraft systems/operational experience, preferred Embraer Phenom and/or Praetor or multi engine turbine aircraft systems.
  • Private pilot’s license a plus for knowledge of aircraft operations
  • Experience in technical writing and/or report creation a plus

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Portuguese is highly preferred
  • Must possess a strong technical understanding and knowledge of aircraft operations and systems
  • Knowledge of executive aircraft and the executive aviation market
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite applications
  • Promote company culture dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction and building strong customer relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce a plus
  • Interpersonal skills – relates well to all kinds of people, including C-Suite customers, and uses diplomacy and tact
  • Strong presentation skills
