Job Profile: 133V         Grade: 008       Commitment to Position: 1 Yr.

Days: Mon - Fri   Hours:  7:00 am – 3:30 pm   Flex Time: Yes                                         

Work Location: Air Group Building – In person - NOT REMOTE   

Ensures compliance with all industry and government regulations required to maintain the airworthiness certificate and other certification standards. Develops, plans, and evaluates internal audit programs for all airline functions to ensure compliance with the organizations policies, procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements. Evaluates/audits operational processes and systems, reports results, provides recommendations in response to findings, and verifies timely and effective implementation of corrective actions.

Provides administrative or technical support to ensure effective on-going operations. Applies knowledge of established processes and procedures to execute with excellence.

Performs administrative work that requires working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or work experience. Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area by evaluating and selecting solutions from established options. Impacts own team through the quality of the services or information provided. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.

  The Administrative Associate II, Airline Regulatory Compliance responsibilities include the following:

  • Conduct reviews of aircraft documentation (e.g., manuals, compliance documents, repairs, regulatory inspections, etc.) and ensure it meets UPSs and regulatory recordkeeping standards  
  • Collect, compile, audit and file Aircraft Maintenance records. Audit, maintain and update reports and master summaries required per UPS requirements and Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Identify maintenance documentation errors and ensure timely and accurate correction
  • Maintain aircraft maintenance records to enable effective and efficient data retrieval to satisfy internal and regulatory retention guidelines
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry of maintenance records
  • Provide training and support to other Records personnel as needed
  • Perform detailed research of aircraft maintenance documents
  • Collaborates with internal departments (e.g., Aircraft Planning, Engineering, Fleet Operations, etc.) to maintain current status as required

Required Skills:  Experience in document auditing; updating and filing of both physical and electronic records; experience in data entry; accuracy in both document auditing and data entry; analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities; self- motivated; computer literacy; attention to detail; ability to collaborate with other team members to support department goals.
