Position Summary:
JetBlue’s TrueBlue is an award-winning loyalty program with a rapidly increasing customer base and an expanding network of partnerships. JetBlue is looking for an Analyst, Loyalty Revenue Optimization, to be based at JetBlue’s Support Center in Long Island City, NY.
The Loyalty Revenue Optimization Analyst will play a key role in maximizing loyalty revenue across the JetBlue route network by proactively managing redemption rates and identifying new revenue opportunities.
This role will support the Manager Loyalty Products, in the day-to-day loyalty revenue management and optimization through comprehensive analyses, ensuring JetBlue remains agile and competitive in the loyalty landscape.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize TrueBlue points pricing across JetBlue’s network to maximize revenue in every market served
- Develop and implement route-, market-, and region-level strategies through historical data analysis, customer demand elasticity testing, and industry research
- Monitor loyalty performance at the route, market, and regional level, and effectively communicate loyalty revenue performance and competitive insights to Crewmembers and Crewleaders across commercial teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Management, Marketing, and other commercial functions to deliver analytical insights and strategic recommendations
- Perform other duties as assigned
