As a Business Process Analyst within the Enterprise Asset Management organization, you’ll analyze data, optimize systems and lead initiatives to maximize the efficiency and profitability of StandardAero’s current and future asset portfolio.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop process metrics and identify opportunities for improving these metrics building IT solutions.
  • Business Integration: Align EAM systems and processes across departments to ensure seamless data flow and operational cohesion
  • Enterprise Standardization: Develop and implement standardized protocols for asset management to enhance consistency and scalability across global operations
  • Project Leadership: Lead EAM-related projects, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver solutions on time and within scope
  • Bid Support and Analysis: Provide analytical support for asset leasing and trading bids, ensuring accurate and competitive proposals
  • Business Reporting, Analytics and Systems Building: Design and maintain EAM reports, dashboards and systems to deliver actionable insights through regular business reviews
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in asset management workflows and implement improvements to reduce costs and downtime
  • New Product Introduction Support: Support integration of new assets, USM, or leasing products into the EAM framework, ensuring smooth adoption
  • TWC and Free Cash Flow Analysis: Conduct time-weighted cost and free cash flow analyses to optimize financial outcomes for asset acquisitions/sales
  • Sales Pipeline Analysis: Analyze leasing and trading sales pipelines, providing forecasts and recommendations to drive strategic growth
  • Engine Leasing Forecasting Analysis: Build models to predict engine leasing demand and asset utilization, informing strategic inventory and investment decisions
  • Parts Inventory Analysis and Optimization: Optimize parts and USM inventory for engine maintenance and trading, balancing availability with cost efficiency
  • Carries out special projects as assigned.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Computer Science, or Engineering or relevant experience. 

Position Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of business process redesign or reengineering.
  • Good planning, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, leadership, decision making, oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of PCs in the current company operating system environment.
  • Knowledge of PowerBi and other business reporting software.
  • Experience in business process management methodologies including process mapping, conducting lean events and value stream.
  • Knowledge of Data Analytics.
  • Strong technical acumen with experience in software development, system architecture, AI, IoTs and data integration. 

Preferred Characteristics:

  • 5+ years of experience in the aerospace/aviation industry with a wide range of job responsibilities, preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools (i.e. Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Proven experience leading projects in a matrix environment (no direct reports)
  • Effective time management: prioritize tasks, adapt to shifting priorities and escalate issues when necessary
  • Self-motivated with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS
  • Willingness to travel globally as required
